At MACARONESIAN HOTELS & RESORTS the health and safety of our staff and customers is our priority.
We have therefore implemented hygienic-sanitary measures and protocols to allow us carry out our activity with all the guarantees and peace of mind for everyone. All these measures are subject to changes due to amendments in local regulation and depending on the progress in the knowledge on the virus, in order to adapt to the new reality.
During the pandemic and prior to the reopening of our establishments we defined the
relevant and adequate hygienic-sanitary measures and protocols to allow us carry out our activity with all the guarantees and peace of mind for our everyone, always with our guest’s comfort in mind.
We are glad to inform that the positive evolution of the epidemiologic situation has allowed us to suppress all measures and restrictions, even though we have maintained and integrated some of them to our protocols due to their proven effectiveness even in a
scenario of full normality. Nevertheless, our team is fully trained and ready to react in an immediate and effective manner in the event of an increase in the pandemic figures.
We are almost back to normal, however in Spain it is still mandatory to wear a mask in hospitals, health centres and pharmacies (updated February 2023).
